Bob Grasing is President of The Nolan Company and has been a consultant and executive advisor to Nolan clients for more than 20 years. He is a frequent author and speaker on topics to improve profitability, quality, service, and productivity for banking institutions.

Scot McConkey is Executive Vice President of The Nolan Company and leads Nolan’s Healthcare practice. With over 20 years leading major improvement programs for health payers and other health care organizations, Scot drives major change programs including process design and reengineering, performance management, IT management, operations assessments, and service operations. Scot is a frequent speaker and author of healthcare industry articles.

Ben DiSylvester is Executive Director of The Nolan Company. For over 35 years, Ben has helped financial services organizations improve operational effectiveness by designing and implementing improvement processes. Ben joined Nolan in 1975, after he worked ten years for financial services organizations in operations improvement and systems planning. Since then he has consulted with numerous high-profile organizations.
